Mrs. Linda Bergeron of Chalmett, Louisiana, age 83, lost just about everything from her home. She was relocated to Tent City in Chalmett where many of the residents of the city , including Linda Bergeron still live. She could easily have been moved from here, but insists on staying here as long as her neighbors are there. On January 8, 2006 Linda's friends at the United Church of God helped clean up her home. She also received help from LifeNets that she immediately passed on to her fellow residents at Tent City to buy pillows, blankets, toiletries and other necessities as they cope with Katrina's damage.
