Dear Mr & Mrs Kubik,

I write to thank you very much for the help we receive from you from time to time.

We received the consignment of medicine you sent us some three weeks ago Yesterday  14th February, 2000. There were Four Cartons containing 20 different types of medicines which we received with great joy!

As usual, we thank God for using you to help us and many of our people - Young and Old who benefit from these life saving gifts.
