Recent communication with Mr. Ed Macaraeg in the Philippines has indicated a real need there for our brethren in the Philippines.  Their Youth camp will begin in April and they are in need of the following items, which Mr. Macaraeg communicated to us:

YOUTH SUMMER CAMP NEEDS

• Tennis Shoes/sneakers. Many of our members can hardly afford to buy for their children 

• backpacks

• sleeping bags

• tents

This year, we plan to go out on mountain-climbing as part of the camp challenge. By the way, the Philippine  Youth Summer Camp is normally scheduled in April. (Based on the figures last year, we want to be ready for no less than 50 campers and staff.)

In addition to the items for camp the following items are also needed:

INDIVIDUAL NEEDS:

Reading eye glasses for some poor seniors

Hearing aid for at least two seniors
