March 20 Report

To the Philippines Home Page

The current Philippine Project is coming to a close as we are meeting all the goals of our plan based on the needs brought forth to us. There are still a few more things to send, but most is on the way.  A tremendous amount of items were sent for a relatively small cost to help in the Philippines.  Our expenses have been only $1516.42.

I would like to express special thanks to Suzan Johns, Linda Schreiber, Tony and Rochelle Brown, Belinda McCloud and ABC students, Tony Pacelli, Bob Artman, Lynn Fox and so many others who helped.

UCG Philippine Youth Camp

With the help of several dedicated individuals we have been able to send the following Items to Ed Macaraeg for use at the UCG youth camp in  May:

Numerous stores donated some of the items and reduced prices were obtained on the rest.  LifeNets bought some of the items and shipped most of them.

We look forward to seeing the youth in the Philippines using and enjoying the items we have been able to send!!!

Bibles

52 Bibles was shipped by Tony and Rochelle Brown of Missouri and 50 Bibles by ABC Students in Cincinnati for a total of 102 Bibles.

We have received this message from Mr. Macaraeg in the Philippines about the arrival of some of the Bibles:

Subject: Thanks for the Bibles!

Greetings! The first batch of Bibles (4 boxes) have arrived today - very fast! Thank you very much and THANK also all those involved in this special project. I know the recipients will be very happy when these Bibles get into their hands. While we were just expecting even second-hand ones, we are indeed blessed to have truly brand-new, large print NKJ Bibles! Our God is truly great and very loving! And He has moved certain individuals there who possess such godly qualities to do such magnanimous giving and serving. While you and they simply count it a privilege, I am sure God's blessings and future rewards will abound toward you all and more.
