LifeNets continues to help in war-torn Donetsk, Ukraine area... Report by Yuri Andreev July 29, 2015 Refugees and pensioners of the East of Ukraine were given financial support in May and June by LifeNets. Currently, Ukraine is waiting default. The economic situation in the country is very complicated. People in developed countries probably would find it hard to imagine how one can live a month with his family on 50 - 80 dollars. But upon that money ($50-80 a month) now lives a very large part of the population of Ukraine. Ukrainian currency “hryvnia” depreciated and inflation has reached immense dimensions. The default, which Ukraine is unlikely to escape, will make poor people poorer. This will be happening in a country that is at the heart of Europe. But the people here say they are willing to endure all, only let there be no more war. Despite our desire, unfortunately, the war continues. Every day there are attacks, and other people die, soldiers and civilians. The number of dead and wounded is already in the thousands, and the number of refugees is already more than half a million. It's scary when the center of Europe in the 21st century such things go on. We give our heartfelt thanks and blessings to all the people who donate money to help the needy. These funds help in the difficult moments of their lives. Let God bless each and every one of you and give us peace! - Yuri Andreev The photos below reflect the spirit of the stressed people.... We appreciate all the help that has been given to these unsettled people, particularly children and elderly. LifeNets helps out monthly with a small amount for Yuri Andreev to provide the help for these people, some of whom are refugees from the war....there is quiet now, but fears of the resumption of hostilities is prevelant. Any help you can give to LifeNets to help us help them is greatly appreciated. You can donate by credit card or PayPal or send tax-deductible donation to
