Helps Farmer Family in Zimbabwe
November 21, 2006
Suffice it to say, times are very difficult in Zimbabwe at the moment. LifeNets contributed this pickup truck to a farm family that is severely stressed. The recipients would like to thank all who helped with the purchase of this vital pickup to keep their farm going. The truck is needed to take take milk to town and do many other farm chores. The Zimbabwean's would like to say the following words to those who helped make this purchase:
"We don't have enough words to express the thanks to you and the other people that do such loving work in helping us with this truck. Every time our old truck left the farm, I would be on my knees praying that we would not get a fine or have it taken off the road. We did not have money to replace it.
"Please give thanks to all the wonderful people who do such wonderful things. I wish that I could be with all of you. It is so lonely out here.
"In the picture my son is on the right who takes the milk in for us and fetches our cattle food. Again, all of us are greatly thankful to all who gave us this very BIG GIFT."
