Teams are
welcomed and encouraged. Find some friends that will compliment your
strengths. Teams need to be male and female (at least one female). If
you don't have a team, let us know and we will try to help you find a
team. Awards will be presented to the top three teams in each
category. Youth (14 and under) will all receive an award for
participation. All children must be in the same age group to make up a
team. |

the
Swim:
The swimming event
takes place at the Mandan Community Center swimming pool.
The pool will be divided into two halves. The swimming event can be
completed from either end of the pool. |

the
Biking:
The road bike race will
begin at the Mandan Community Center, proceed south
through town on 6th Avenue NW, continue west on old Highway 10,
returning to end at the Community Center. |

the
Run:
The run will begin around the
trail behind the Mandan Community Center. The complete
course is 3.0 miles. Children will run 1 or 1/2 mile, depending on
their age group, along the same course.
