| SWIM: Takes place at the Mandan Community Center
swimming pool and will begin with the Olympic distant event followed by the Sprint distant event. Youth and child events will then follow. |
| BIKE: Begins at the south doors of the Mandan Community Center, proceed south through town on 6th Avenue NW, continue west on old Highway 10, then south on highway 6. |
| RUN: The run for all groups will involve the large outdoor recreation acreage that lies west of the Mandan Community Center. All runs will end at the South doors of the pool area. The trail is clearly marked. |
