I'd like to share a note from one of our scholarships students who lives in Solwezi, Zambia. His name is Rodrick Epomba and he is a leader in the United Church of God congregation there. He is studying to be a teacher and send this note addressed to his pastor Derrick Pringle:
Good morning Mr Pringle!
We are all fine here and everything else is going well with us in Solwezi. Schools closed on Friday 20th April and are scheduled to reopen on 7th May my teaching experience went very well as I obtained good scores were I scored 94% in my first observation and 96% and 97% in my second and third.
I will be using materials for sciences practicals (laboratory chemicals) and technology studies requirements (bookings of materials for wood work, flat sheets for industrial art and other for home economics.
