Our continual aid to war-stricken Ukraine (now 14 months of violence) continues with a dedicated staff of volunteers from Western Ukraine providing relief to those who are fleeing from Eastern Ukraine. Many are disabled and elderly. The conditions are tragic and discouraging, but our people are holding up in spite of this. We have been able to drive supplies from Germany to Ukraine on a regular basis. We thank YOU for helping us finance this aid. To donate, please go to the LifeNets home page. Thank you for your prayers and support! To get all our stories, please go to the UKRAINE WAR BLOG tab on our home page.

Below is the latest report from Vlad Yurishko:
Greetings Victor and Beverly,.
Thanks be to God, we are alive and well, but unfortunately the war is still on, and it seems that the end is not in sight. However, we do not lose heart, but rather encourage those who are giving up and inspire them to do good deeds together with LifeNets.
Recently, brothers Ivan Yurishko and Ivan Matishynets visited the “Mother's Home” in the Khmelnytsky region. They brought most of the humanitarian aid that we recently delivered to Ukraine in a LifeNets van from Germany. “Mother's Home” is currently home to elderly people who are completely alone, without care and proper social security, and single mothers with children, 46 people in total. Among them, 30 elderly people (15 of them are bedridden) were brought from cities of Eastern Ukraine where the fighting is still ongoing. Thanks to LifeNets funding, we were able to meet some of the needs of these people.
Earlier, LifeNets delivered a bread maker to this Mother's Home, for which they are incredibly grateful, and here is a message from the manager of the institution, Kateryna:
"The oven we received from LifeNets is now feeding 46 people, and honestly, I have no words, because this oven bakes incredibly delicious bread. The oven is a great blessing for us!"
P.S. Also, the LifeNets van has finally been registered to the subsidiary LifeNets International Inc. in Ukraine. It took much longer because of the war. So, with God's help, we will continue to help those who are especially in need.
