Dear friends Victor and Beverly,
Unfortunately, a very brutal war continues. Heavy fighting is currently taking place in Donbas. The Russian army, having been defeated near Chernihiv, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson, is now sending large forces to the Donetsk region. The Russians carry out additional mobilization and throw inexperienced, untrained soldiers into battle, of course many of them die.
Unfortunately, we also suffer losses. Many children remain orphans...
The Russians, having no success at the front, launch massive rocket attacks on infrastructure and residential buildings. A great tragedy happened in the city of Dnipro the other day. A rocket hit a multi-story building - 40 people died, including 6 children, many injured people, and some of them are under the rubble. This is terrorism! Our weak point is anti-aircraft defense. We hope for more military aid from democratic countries.
Children who suffered psychological war injuries, from families whose parents died, will undergo rehabilitation in our Center.
Thanks to you, we are preparing the Center for work in the conditions of a possible re-attack of the Russians. Soon we will complete the construction of our own well - the equipment is already working (we send photos and videos). We have three generators, stocks of diesel fuel. We also have our own light and will have our own water.
Thank you very much for your help. We are confident in the victory of our armed forces. We believe that we will meet again in "Revival" in peacetime.
